Please read these Terms carefully before engaging with Unicorn International for printing, packaging, and related services. By placing an order or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Overview
Unicorn International provides comprehensive printing and packaging solutions including offset printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, non-woven bag manufacturing, labels, tags, pouches, surgical products, and custom packaging. Our services are offered subject to product availability, capacity, and agreed specifications.
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for the period stated therein, typically 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of necessary advance payment or credit approval. We reserve the right to revise pricing if material costs, specifications, or market conditions change before order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed per order. Standard terms may include advance payment, partial advance with balance on delivery, or credit terms for approved customers. Late payments may incur interest charges as per prevailing rates. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders in case of payment default.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to force majeure, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control shall not constitute a breach. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or collection from our premises. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and ensuring someone is available to receive goods.
5. Quality & Inspection
We maintain strict quality control and adhere to our Quality Policy. Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. Failure to report within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the goods. We will remedy genuine defects at our discretion through rework, replacement, or credit.
6. Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers warrant that all artwork, designs, logos, and content provided for printing do not infringe any third-party rights. Unicorn International is not liable for any IP infringement arising from customer-provided materials. We retain the right to use anonymized samples of completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation & Modifications
Orders may be cancelled or modified only with our written consent. Cancellation after production has commenced may result in charges for work completed and materials consumed. Modifications to confirmed orders may incur additional fees and affect delivery timelines.
8. Liabilities & Limitations
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational harm. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of business. This includes designs, pricing, production processes, and business strategies. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the business relationship.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
Unicorn International reserves the right to amend these Terms & Services at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
